Wi-fiber is garbage - do not purchase

Our internet company was purchased by Wi-fiber and now it is garbage. Our service has tanked to where we're getting only 12-15 mbps in a speed test, but we pay $80 a month for significantly more than that. I also cannot get someone in customer service to help me, either when submitting a service ticket or by calling. It's like nobody exists in that department. We are trying to have a service tech come out but can't get ahold of anyone to do that so we're stuck with this crap internet.
