Non-Existent Customer Service. Pretty sure it's just an AI Bot responding to my emails. I get the same one every time. They delete all my replies without reading. I bought a Mattress topper from them in August. They sent the wrong one and now they flat out refused to replace or return it. I can't get a real person's name or email from them. It's Beyond frustrating.
