Lack of Professionalism

My dogs loved going here. We had to stop because one of my dogs had her ACL repaired and once she was cleared to go back to boarding and daycare, Gina ghosted us and has taken my store credit. I have $158 store credit at this place. Gina refuses to accept any bookings for my dogs. They are either wait listed or the booking is left on pending. Gina refuses to refund my store credit. I have sent several emails, left telephone messages, facebook messages, website messages, and sent a letter to her place. Gina has not responded to any of my attempts of communications. My recommendation is to never pay in advance or leave store credit because she will steal from you. Also, never inform her of any type of surgery your dog may have because she will ghost you instead of communicating why she no longer wants your pet.
