Horrible Stay AWAY
Horrible customer service. Horrible delivery. The delivery company they use, Sun Delivery is horrible. I was suppose to receive a delivery date by 2/27. It is now 3/9 and I still don't have a delivery date. They gave me a bunch of estimates regarding where the furniture has to go before it reaches me which isn't any tIme soon. I asked for a refund from Paynes Gray and they refuse. Neither Paynes Gray nor Sun Delivery barely respond to an email. Stay FAR away! This is the 2nd time I have written a review because I believe they erased it the first time I posted.
