Email correspondance started 27/07/2025 through to 26/11/2025
Having dealt with a Sean Hookey from the outset and having very poor responses via email, one even being a bit "couldn't care less attitude" I eventually sent a PO to them.
Then after I'd dealt with Sean and he'd viewed the works required I was passed over to a Scott Simpson, small works department who set a date of 19th-20th November 2025. However i received an email stating "Unfortunately for unforsaken circumstances we can not offer the orginal dates, would it be ok to do these works on the 24th and 25th of November?" I replied that these dates couldn't be fullfilled but offered 26th-27th and Scott accepted.
On the 26th I received an email from The Remidial Works Team, "Unfortunately, our Gent engineer has had some personal issues overnight and will not be in work today. I am doing my best to arrange a plan of action for tomorrow". I had an employee on site awaiting them!
On the afternoon of the 25th I received another email stating "Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to commit to tomorrow. I will get back to you with a new date as soon as possible"
As you could probably understand. I immediately cancelled the order and appointed a company that could fullfill the order on time and proffesionally!
