I'm very unhappy about this toy company. I bought a large toy for my granddaughters, thinking that this is a quality and responsible company. I wanted something intelligent that will occupy them for some time. I had quite a few issues with the toy and sent several emails to Quercetti. I even called the company in Italy. Nothing helped. They ignored each one of my emails. Now I have to decide whether I keep the toy for the girls or just resell it to some other family. A dignified, honorable and responsible toy company would have found the time to investigate my complaints and try to satisfy me. But NOT Quercetti. So, sadly, my advice is to avoid all toys from this brand.
