River Valley Capital WARNING ABOUT SAM ADAMS!!!
River Valley Capital pulled a 1,250 charge from my account without ANY disclosure, approval, or prior notice. When confronted, they tried to claim it was a “one-time charge” that I supposedly agreed to which is completely false.
This is unprofessional, deceptive, and borderline fraudulent behavior. If this is how they handle customers, I can only imagine how many others had “surprise charges” pushed through without consent.
I am filing a fraud dispute with my bank and documenting the full communication trail. Companies that operate like this should not be trusted with anyone’s financing.
