Still waiting for refunds from Etihad after 3 year...
Still waiting for refunds from Etihad after 3 years! We had to cancel flights from Europe to Australia in 2022 and, although bank details and other info have been provided each year, we are still waiting for our refund of miles and cash. We are constantly fobbed off with apologies this has taken so long and asked to wait another few days. Don't expect good service from the refunds team (if they even exist). We were Gold members at the time and haven't flown with them since (obviously).
