Recently purchased a water cooler by accident (yes my fault) however despite making contact via e-mail immediately (within 2 minutes) this order was still sent. I accept that it is my fault, however, I do not understand why at any point during the 8 day delivery process this could not be halted. I had a reply to my e-mail before the delivery even left the warehouse in Australia. In my opinion inefficient and incompetent customer service. But don't worry I won't buy anything from here again.
