Worse service ever!

Not sure why they have a towing service? If you want like CAA to tow your car, you MUST have MVI and insurance. Insurance I understand to have, but MVI for what? The car is on the tow going to service, CAA is not the Police.
Any way if you want to cancel your membership the person for this department was nasty and rude on the phone. She raises the voice to me, then close the line.
