I have had to keep the bathroom door closed and the drain plug in to try and lower the gurgling sound – at times the sound disrupts me during the day and at night/ waking me up
12/05/25 - You told code/compliance that the HVAX people ran a different drain line to the unit!!! I just opened the cover door up! GUESS WHAT!!!! The drain pan has a plug in it where the drain line is supposed to be! GUESS WHAT ELSE!!! The pan has about 1/2 in or so filled with water!!! Over 1.5 months!!
I have already informed the Code/compliance Team of your Lie!! I have also noted that the last time a pest person came out was around Oct. 17th!! GUESS WHAT!! I still have ghost ants after 4 months!!! You told them you were aware of the Talking tub!!! GUESS WHAT!! It's still talking after 6 months!!!
So, this is how you work with your tenants and correct the issues!!! I hope code/compliance fines you for lying to them and sitting on your slumlord butts for so long!!!
I don't like being called a liar when I was the person asking the questions to the HVAC people and he showed me the drain plug!! I have also spoken with other tenants and!! Guess what!! They are able to set the heat and air where they feel comfortable!! THEY don't have a factory set box!! I've purchased a heating unit, as my body likes 76 degrees!!! I shouldn't have to buy items for heat/air when I have a thermostat already!!
