Problem with tradesman
Love the showroom and the staff, the only issue I have is the quality of the tradesmen they recommend, one in particular. We were using this chap for 3 bathrooms and he did one just fine and had been and was quoting for the second one when he just dropped off the planet. I am completely flummoxed as to the reason for this because, we thought, everything was fine. We know he is receiving our messages but he is totally ignoring us and now we have a problem with the first bathroom he fitted and have enquired re him coming to check and fix it but still nothing. £10,000 that bathroom cost and now it needs fixing! We spoke to the showroom staff about this and they said they don't recommend tradesmen who do this and would remove him from their list. When I told them who it was they changed their tune saying 'yeah, he can be a bit like that, we haven't seen him for ages but wouldn't be surprised if he walked through the door right now because he does that'. He is still on their list and they are still recommending him. Not good enough!!
