We sent our Sons scooter away to have a simple blot replaced. Exclusive brands and thier elected courier service returned the scooter in a schocking state, damaged in various places, the carry bag destroyed and the feedback and attitude from exclusive brands is dismal.
Dont trust them with any thing that needs responsible service.
