No refund even if the SIM card does not work.

contacted the company, identified the phone and relied upon them to provide the appropriate SIM card for the UK. Received the card and activated it the day before travel. Upon arrival found the phone did not work in the UK. Contacted customer service several times and was unable to get the phone to work. Requested a refund which was denied. They have a policy that there are no refunds once the card is activated. The catch is that you cannot tell if the phone will work with the Sim card until you activate the card and try to use the phone. If it doesn't work, there is no refund since it was activated. I suggest trying elsewhere.
