I genuinely liked my doctor at Rendr Medical Group—they were professional and took time to listen. Unfortunately, everything beyond the exam room was a mess.
The office staff refused to process a prior authorization for my medication simply because my insurance wouldn’t be accepted starting next year—even though my coverage was still valid at the time. When I tried to get clarification, the staff were dismissive and difficult to communicate with.
Adding to the frustration, copays were collected in error, and no one reached out to correct it until I pushed for a refund.
Rendr has capable physicians, but the front-office experience is unprofessional and disorganized. I hope they fix their customer service before more patients have to deal with this.
