Placed an order on 3/10/25.Simple Mart site states 'all orders processed within 24 hours of purchase'. After no contact by 16/10/25 I contacted business and it was confirmed my order had not been processed but I would be advised when it had been dispatched. On 17/10/25 I sent further email cancelling my order and requesting a refund. Simple Mart ignored this email and on 23/10/25 my order was dispatched from CHINA. I finally received my purchase on 4/11/25. Given Simple Mart site states delivery is 'fast, free by Australian owned and operated' I consider this very poor service. I would not recommend this business.
