I have been a client of Trabia for over 8 years for my collocation needs. For all this time I haven't had any hiccups of any sort and my SLA has been steady at 100%! I recently had a hardware fault on one of my servers where the raid controller has malfunctioned. Trabia's crew offered help and took the lead in fixing it - they have cloned my HDDs so the data stays safe, tested a few recovery options on the clones and after finding the best way to restore the array they have recovered my RAID array and I got my data back!
I cannot think of a better level of customer support! Amazing!
