I don't understand how someone could give this inc...

I don't understand how someone could give this incompetent, unhelpful and very slow semi-state body a positive feedback if they actually had the displeasure of dealing with them in the first place.

Unreliable and irresponsible

Booked an appointment a week in advance and was required to wait for one of their handymen/ maintenance crew for 3 hours which i did, and in the end he didn't even show up . Very unreliable .
