Charleston Homes was a nightmare experience. They broke the foundation twice on our build and refused to re-pour the broken areas. Instead they offered to fix them and cover the repairs with extra drywall and framing.

They used to be known as a good builder and we were looking forward to seeing our home built by them but I’d steer clear of them, given another chance. They are terrible.
