Extremely unprofessional experience with Fitzmark....
Extremely unprofessional experience with Fitzmark. They double-booked the same load and sent two carriers for it, then offered only $150 TONU after our driver drove 110 miles deadhead one way. This reflects poor communication, lack of integrity, and highly questionable business practices. Carriers deserve transparency and fairness — not fraudulent treatment like this.
