I had a very bad experience with wowcarz yesterday that I would never recommend anyone Wowcarz ever. They don't care about and your co-passengers or family if the car breaks down during the journey. Firstly, they gave me a car which had no sufficient air in the tyres and my booking was 2AM in the night. When I told the guy who inspected the car about air, he said no problem you can drive it without any issues. I did not get air filling center opened anywhere in fuel station as it was too late. Later I started my journey, and the car broke down after just 20kms. I called the customer care and explained the incident. They said nothing will happen sir just come back to our office and take a replacement car. I slowly drove the car back to office. Once I reached the employees spoke to us harshly and they are never bothered about the situation you have been through. The employees were just looking at the car for the kilometers ran, fuel used and none called me that they will arrange immediate help at the site. Each employee will come to you and speak in a different way to impose penalty on you after returning the car. They are not properly trained how to talk to customers. I accepted the replacement car after coming back to office but later imposed penalty for the breakdown car handed over. Later I told them I dont want the car anymore, just cancel the booking. They started another drama that I cannot cancel the booking within 24hrs of booking bla bla bla.. I wasted 6 hours on this ghatiya service and came back home at 6AM. I have cancelled the booking yet no response from the team reg refund. Its 8 hours now I reached home. WOWCARZ never cares about your safety, they just want money from customers by keeping ghatiya quality vehicles. No maintenance on cars.
I wasted my time opting this service.
