Very professional staff willing to help with all aspects of your operation. This company actually has engineers who will call you back to discuss your project and help select the correct equipment for your project.
I called this company trying to speak with someone in the sales department looking to purchase a new pump. The first person I spoke with sounded as if they had been drinking and when I told them I could barely hear their voice they just laughed. I called back and talked to another individual and when I ask if he could give advice on an upgraded pump he just laughed and said “probably not “. I would expect a more professional staff when it comes to a business handling clients with significant amounts of money on the line when it comes to pumps. My advice is to stay away from companies like this.
Customer service is terrible! I have talked to several different pump manufacturers who have engineers to discuss your needs. Not WVO Designs they have a secretary that can barely speak English to try and answer your questions. I would definitely not trust this pump manufacturer with no technical assistance.
