I have bought many many pieces from Holly Yashi. However one of the earrings tarnished within a short amount of time. I had to contact the Company many times in order to get an answer. First there was nothing they can do, but I could send it back to them and they will "look" at it. I had to pay the postage both ways. I decided it was not worth sending back. They did not say they would refund my money nor substitute another item. NOWHERE IN THEIR PAMPHLET DO THEY MENTION ANY KIND OF GUARANTEE. With that being said, they will receive no more orders from me and I suggest others protect themselves and do the same.
