Purchasing from Peacock Royale was a huge mistake. I received my brand-new boots with a visible scratch — completely unacceptable for a premium product. The team was well aware that I was taking these boots to Australia, which made the situation even more frustrating. There was no room for delays or errors, and yet they failed to deliver a product in proper condition.
When I reached out, I was shocked by the unprofessional and downright rude behavior of Abhinav. He spoke in a dismissive, abrasive manner — completely lacking the basic courtesy or professionalism one would expect. His only solution? “We’ll repair it.” Who buys new shoes expecting them to be repaired?
I then contacted Ayush, who initially seemed more reasonable and promised to “work something out.” That promise was never fulfilled. I followed up multiple times, only to discover they had blocked my number — a move that speaks volumes about how they treat paying customers.
This experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and frankly insulting. I expected professionalism and accountability. Instead, I was met with evasiveness, disrespect, and zero resolution. I will be escalating this matter directly to the owner, as this level of service is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.
Buyers, be warned, I wouldn’t recommend them.
