Unsafe transportation
I live in Louisiana. Recently I've had to use this service for a ride to the doctor. What a horrible experience each time! The driver shows up 11/2 hr before your appt time. The driver then takes over 1 hr to pick you back up. The vehicles are run down, some have been wrecked, others have broken windshields. The seats are so small that a large person could not ride & some do not have working seatbelts. The drivers complain of the long hrs, little pay, poor dispatching and unsafe vehicles. An elderly person is going to be hurt or worse one day if this issue is not addressed. Then this company will be facing a law suit! What a "shotty" company! How is any of this even within the law?
