As one of the cofounders of Geoship I have first hand experience.
In a nutshell;
With the original StartEngine campaign Domes for the Homeless funds I thought we were going to build a manufacturing pilot plant that would show how we could modify & scale basic off the shelf machinery towards mass production of geometrically optimized buildings with the startup money that was generously bestowed upon us from the investors. I don’t think they gave us the money to go into the real estate business.
As part of the original Geoship team I made it abundantly clear to everyone that land that was already paid for & readily available was the best place to start manufacturing buildings.
Morgan Bierschenk made an autonomous decision to take 500,000.00 from our original team raised 1.5 million dollar StartEngine funds to buy Real Estate in Grass Valley California. That’s when I knew that I was no longer part of the Geoship team,
They have continued to raise a lot of money to finance their education.
Maybe they will eventually be able to apply the principles of Eco Economics that my friend Dennis Weaver taught.
I didn’t have everything in writing with Morgan when we started, I wanted to believe that we would do the best we could with what we already had & had been added to by generous investors.
I believed in the Geoship venture until I discovered I was being used to facilitate a real estate purchase for Morgan Bierschenk, titled to the Bierschenk name.
