Service done the beginning of October

I put in a request for service the beginning of October as our machine needs some TLC.
They were super quick to respond and get a service request going for us.
Sam Ramaswamy was very helpful and offered up great pricing for all ink cartridges that we use.
We had the service done and the technician was very professional and completely fixed our issue.
