36Net Wireless router issues
36 Net have given us issues since we signed with them. We have no problem with devices connected using ethernet cable
The issue is with the wireless router, It keeps disconnecting or drops out which is frustrating. I am not sure if they have the ability to increase or decrease the distance of signal .... Let me know please... We ended up using previous extenders that we owned and the devices worked fine at the start of the service, but now these devices seem to be blocked from connecting to the internet. 3net do offer their own extenders which would come at a price, and they do warn that they are not responsible for devices that are not compatible with their equipment. If you do decide to sign a contract with this company, make sure you read the contract as it seems to cover them for any issue that may arise. The router they supply belongs to them so they have the right to access the router, and have control. This could be a concern if you don't want prying eyes on your activity or using your information. I only state this as it could happen. I do regret using this company and will seek advice and what my rights are under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Cheers all
