A sales person for the sales agent
if your after "off the market" i.e. more than$ sold to beat the market, then yes - but i would not engage with their aggressive marketing. You are paying a sales agent to sell via a property sales agent. They are not in your interest, rather to impress their sales agent so they get more sales.
