The single worst company of its kind!
They falsely accuse people of breaking their terms of service. It's far from an isolated case, check the reviews under Trustpilot, search online "Gogoaisle suspended" you'll find everyone talking about this. They told me I made multiple accounts and received rebate for same item more than once, but they don't accept VOIP numbers and only other number I have is a VOIP number so technically it's not even possible for me to get 2 functional gotoaisle accounts! They falsely accused me of doing something that's not possible to do. I even offered to pay them for whichever product I allegedly got rebate for more than once provided evidence, they ignored me.
A friend also complained that after she sent her rebate receipt, they stopped responding to her. It's the same story all over the internet and on Reddit every time, they make up an imaginary story about breaking ToS, block you and I can only imagine pocket the rebate amount. This's a dishonest company and any brand reading this should avoid them at all costs. There're better companies for offering rebates and they're honest. Had I only bothered to check online reviews, I would've never accepted their "offers", yet here we're. I'm writing this review so especially brands and after brands, consumers don't make the same mistake. I'll be filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau® and Consumer Protection Bureau as well. I implore you to check their Better Business Bureau page, currently 32 complaints, mostly gone unanswered and complaining about the same thing.
This company is falsely accusing everyone of being a deceptive scammer, however it's not all of us complaining about the company on every website here are the scammers, it's the company who's scamming innocent people out of rebates.
