The manner in which they went above and beyond to ensure I received my package for a funeral service, even when faced with an uncontrollable situation, was commendable. They utilized all their connections to make it happen, and indeed, it was successful. Although it cost a little more, it was worth the expense to receive it promptly as promised. I sincerely appreciate their efforts. The handmade blue fur was the talk of the town.
