Refund not given- Scam

I had requested for nanny in mid Sep ,2025 and they had asked me to pay the consultancy fees of around 7000 rs as a one month subscription. Later I was informed that there is no nanny availability for my area and they promised a refund and said they would get it settled it in 12 days time but even after 20 days,I didnt get my refund inspite of multiple calls to escalation manager, refund manager. Please do not trust this consultancy. Its a scam.I neither got nanny nor my money back.
