Poor Course Quality and Pushy Support

I signed up for the 5-day trial with VanEd and knew within three minutes—by page 3 of the course—that the platform and content were not for me and not user-friendly. The “AI bot” gives instructions canceling that don’t exist, and when I tried to reach support, the online chat led to a three-hour+ wait for a call from a so-called “Senior Account Rep.”

That rep turned out to be a high-pressure sales person focused on keeping cancellations rather than helping customers. The entire experience made it clear that VanEd knows their product doesn’t deliver and that they rely on retention tactics instead of repeat business.

I’m still fighting for my refund. Do not sign up with VanEd.
