If you are looking to sell your business i would avoid this company at all costs. The initial face to face meeting was a great sales pitch and i was positively convinced of the outcome thanks to the sales rep. However, be warned after £8000 in upfront fees alone the business was still not sold 3 years on. This is a highly profitable business and after countless meetings nothing came of it, they do not do any homework, they are not bothered about helping the vendor and they do not work on your behalf. Clearly they are more interested in the initial sales pitch and obtaining the £8000 fee for 26 weeks, after that they will cancel the contract. Read the T&Cs. My advice would be to try one of the many modern agents who do not require an upfront fee and will the be more motivated to sell your business. The customer service has been awful especially from the rude agent who has been dealing with my account. Avoid at all costs, you have been warned.
