Racist treatment. I am a victim of racist treatment by Julia Symonds from HR Hosiden Besson. Being black I had over looked it but more and more the pattern became obvious .Her attitude towards me and behaviour made it clear that she didn't want blacks working in the company .I have reported the incident to my local MP and intended to go public and even sue. One shouldn't be judged by the colour of their skin but by performance. One shouldn't be working for the company on the basis that they are white. Julia Symonds represents the racist climate against anybody seen as an immigrants by the likes of Tommy Robinson that dislikes any one of a different colour .Brighton and Hove is a place of acceptance and inclusion .If Hosiden Besson supports racists attitudes of its employee Julia Symonds then it shouldn't operate in Brighton and Hove. And we intend to let the NHS which is staffed by all races that the company assembling their microphones in Hove called Hosiden Besson condones racist behaviour .And that there other companies who can assemble those same microphones in Brighton and Hove cheaper and with a better reputation. Racist and prejudice behaviour is unacceptable .
