Avoid like the plague! FSA restriction placed on MPI is summer 2024 due to use of overseas insurers (and subsequent failure to engage with claims I think). It is now October. I submitted a claim in March, finally received an acknowledgement in May and have heard nothing since. I have lodged a complaint with the Financial Ombudsman and about to advise MPI I am taking them to them to the Claims Court. Just don't go near them...... It's a shame because they used to be fantastic.
