Outstanding customer service!

I’ve been contacted by customer service department via WhatsApp, to give my feedback on the order I’ve placed just before Christmas. The order arrived just in time, but had a slight quality issue, that overall wasn’t affecting the product I’ve ordered. Nevertheless still I have been offered a replacement, that will be shipped to me for free! What an outstanding customer service experience, thank you Ana Walker for this. Many companies should learn from you guys!
