The Computer Man
My desktop computer was showing its age, with applications taking a long time to load or freezing while in use. With Microsoft's support for Windows 10 coming to an end, I decided it was time to upgrade to Windows 11. Matthew was punctual and thoroughly explained everything before starting the installation process. It took just over an hour, and my computer was given a new lease on life for the next two to three years.
While my computer was updating, I enjoyed chatting with Matthew. He was friendly and had a pleasant personality. I would definitely reach out to him again if I need assistance and wholeheartedly recommend him for any computer-related issues.
