Bad experience with the surgeon and clinic

Really bad experience with this clinic. The receptionist was really rude and my surgeon, Van Der Weij, was so arrogant and I didn't get the feeling he listened to me or my wishes. He did make unnecessary comments about other parts of my body which was really rude. The after care was pretty much non existence. When I had questions about if everything was healing right, or when I was scared the wounds were infected he just called me to tell me everything was fine, without seeing me.. That is really ridiculous because things can go wrong so easily. I wish I chose a different clinic and did more research beforehand. I am really not happy with how I was treated at this clinic.
