This is a rental company not a restaurant like the other reviews say?? This company charged me $1,075 in cleaning fees after moving out, despite leaving my apartment in pristine condition. The charges were excessive and illegal. Tenants should be aware of these practices and document their move-out thoroughly. This happened to my neighbors as well, so fraud is a common practice with this company.
