Customer is NOT right!
I can't comment yet on the work, as it hasn't rained. My rating is based on his failure to listen to the customer (me) and his rude "discussion" with me afterward. I've never met a company who refused to take customer desires into consideration. I should have never hired him (my fault). He argued with me over placement of gutters. When I contacted him afterward to discuss replacing them he was rude & condescending.
