Amazing service all around.
The assistant manager, Mr. Hank Hill is an amazing employee. He helped me buy the right amount of propane, correct propane accessories and encouraged me to consider buying the Vaugner Char King 3000, which i then did. I look up to him, i tell you hwhat! A hardworking, dedicated man who takes pride in his work is a great one. A true legend. The owner, Buck Strickland, looks like a drunk when you first see him, but seeing the way Hank calmly talks to him, i can see that is not the whole story. I went back home, cooked with their propane, and could you believe it? I tasted the meat, not the heat! The service was even better than promised, and i am exceedingly satisfied. Donna also gave me kind smiles as I looked around, adding to the great vibe of the place. The whole shop is full of kind people, and i met 2 people, Dale and Boomhauer, who were there to tell Hank about their fishing trip they were planning the day after. Dale was quite quirky, and Boomhauer talked a bit too fast for me, but they were very nice people, showing how lovely the community there is, unlike at got-dang Thatherton Fuels. I cannot stress how happy i am enough. However, 5 stars should be very rare, so i will give them four. That way, they have something to work towards.
