I recommend giving this company a pass!

I bought a house 6 months ago and the Panoramic doors were in place. The screens were still in their boxes, but unfortunately a few pieces were missing. The company would NOT sell us the parts unless we could provide "proof of purchase"! They suggested I hire a fabricator and "have the pieces manufactured"! I have never heard of such a thing! I offered to provide the house sales contract showing I purchased the house WITH THE DOORS but that was not good enough.

Do they think we stole the doors?

How can the CEO Joseph Rapolla and the Board Chair Curt Dowd think this makes sense? The manager I spoke to said this is THEIR policy and they put it in place.

Help me make this make sense!
