Horrible experience, not worth the savings
I just had the rudest customer experience at GR Marlboro. I will never return.
I have been a customer since the first week this company opened it doors in Medford MA. After moving to western Ma, I drove over an hour to spend my allotment with them.
There have been issues with product or Medwell over the years. These were always resolved in a timely manner with respect. I had a Medwell issue last year for which the customer service rep from Garden Remedies resolved. When I mentioned the promise made last year today, the customer service rep was clearly looking for a fight. She continued even when I asked to check out without resolution from last year.
The savings is not worth the nasty service. You folks are in the service industry.
I will not come back. There are dispensaries on every corner with the same or better product.
