Beware doing business with Jose F. Moreno. He is no longer trustworthy.
Jose F. Moreno Construction was true of all the write ups here.
He did a lot of excellent work on my home. But, in the last year soemthing has changed for the worst and his voice mail boxes on two phones have been turned off.
A year ago August I oaid him to do some work, including adding a front door and a transom panel over the door. He lsapped to door together and it leaked cold air under the door all winter. He also insisted that I pay for the locks for the front door, which I did. The problem is he never installed the transom light panel and gave me all sorts of excuses everytime I called over the past year and always the comment " I didn't forget about you" The last time I could get through on his phone he said I waill be there Monday. That was months ago.
Sad to say, only because I trusted him completely, I gave him the final payment.
Because of this I warn anyone looking to do business with him to be ver wary and not pay him all of the agreed upon cost until they are satisfied that the work is totally completed to their sastisfaction. He has evidently gone rouge.
