Waste of time
We had an appointment to meet with Mr. Sheedy on Sept 18th 2025. We arrived for our appointment only to find out he had left for a hunting trip and no one called to let us know he would not be there. He did leave a message on our home phone at 4:02 pm saying he heard we needed an attorney and he could probably help us. Since he was not there we met with Moneca Caruso. She told us to come back next Thursday at 4. She was pretty involved with her upcoming Hawaii trip and her hula recital but answered what questions she could for us. Having read the reviews that mentioned communication is not good with this office, I emailed her on the 25th at 12:43 to confirm our appointment. At 1:45 she had not responded so I called and left a message. Since they don't have staff to answer your calls, you get a machine that says don't leave multiple messages we will call you back in 24 to 48 hours. Since we received no response from them we left for our appointment at 2:45 as it takes us a little over an hour to get there. When we arrived we were met by Miranda Perez stating our appointment was Oct 9th 2025 and she had emailed and Moneca Caruso had called to let us know. Miranda emailed at 3:23 and Moneca left messages on our home phone at 3:12 and 3:14 long after we were on the road. Moneca Caruso then screamed at us that she had made the appointment and told us that. She only told us next Thursday. They have no respect for your time and their communication is horrible.
