Two policies for same car - Unethical, Untrustworthy
I was a customer for over 20 years. Found out that they have had two auto policies covering my same car for 18 months. When I confronted them, they said, oh, it was only a $14 difference. really? Only a $14 dollar difference for my car to be covered with one policy versus two?
Then they tried the: call you back, let it ring once, then hang up and say they couldn't reach me.
Filing complaints with the NC Insurance Commission, BBB, and AG.
What a worthless company. Changing my insurance ASAP. Would advise against using this broker.
