Policies and Customer Service is Terrible!
2 Years ago I purchased 4 leather DR chairs and 2 bar stools. One leg got loose and I found it was cracked. I contacted their offshore customer service and was told they don't sell parts. I said I would buy a new chair and she said they only sold them in lots of 4. So I would have to buy 4 new chairs to get 1 replacement leg. I sent EM to company-no response. Bottom line- product is good but policies and customer service-terrible!
