IF YOU HAVE A DESIRE TO THROW YOUR FUNDS AWAY, HIRE THIS COMPANY. This is a company of thieves, and we have been suffering with them for 3 years. (They have recently merged with or have become Cedar Management Group, because after years of fraud you have to change your name.) First, the barely legal contract that assumes you will be with the company forever. You can't terminate or not renew your contract. You must have cause, and we did and anyone else will too, but you have to go to court to prove it. The only way out is to give them 90 days' notice before the end of your contract. You will be penalized no matter how you leave by having to pay three months the normal fee. In fact, they deducted the same amount twice and tried to charge us late fees on it. We caught it and are now waiting for them to refund our money. I don't have faith that they will. Second, they don't pay your bills. You find this out when your garbage piles up or by the dreaded knock on the door. They make it look like they are paying the bills, but they don't. If you pay for something out of pocket, you will have to resort to harassment to get reimbursed. Third, and most frustrating of all, is that their customer service is overseas, so it's impossible to speak to anyone. They don't return calls or emails, which makes sense in a way because they can't answer your questions. The only answer is "YES, we are ripping you off any way we can".
