Terrible Customer Service!

We have had Five Star for years. In the beginning when they were a small company, they were great! Our lawn looked awesome & they were very customer focused. However, recently, they totally destroyed our lawn. We contacted them & without even coming out to look at it, told us it was an irrigation problem on our part. After talking to many others in our community, all have had the same experience. Would NOT recommend.

Only leaving one star because I can’t leave “0”. This company overcharged me $520 & refused to treat me until I paid an additional $30, which was an overcharge of $10. This company is not in the business of medical treatment, they are only in the business of making money.
